Luch (Луч) USSR - Belarus watches

Luch or "Beam"/"Ray" (Belarusian: Луч), founded in 1953, is a watch brand produced by the Minsk Watch Plant (Belarusian: Минский часовой завод) in Minsk, Belarus. In 2010, Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller International BV purchased 80% of the Minsk Watch Plant and plans to launch a new line of watches based on Swiss-designed movements.

Vostok Komandirskie and Generalskie USSR watches

Vostok (Russian: Восток, meaning East*) Watch Makers, Inc. produces mainly rugged military and diver mechanical watches at its factory in Chistopol, Tatarstan, Russia. It also makes clocks and watch movements for other watch brands.
The company was appointed an official supplier of watches for the Defence Department of the Soviet Union in 1965. This year also marks the creation of the well known Komandirskie ("Commander's") watch.

Vostok Kirovskie USSR watches

Vostok (Russian: Восток, meaning East*) Watch Makers, Inc. produces mainly rugged military and diver mechanical watches at its factory in Chistopol, Tatarstan, Russia. It also makes clocks and watch movements for other watch brands.

At turn of the 21st century, Vostok launched a line of 1940s-style replicas called the Kirovskie K-43 collection. Vostok also began producing a "luxury" line of watches called Kremlevskie. Both lines are made of stainless steel, produced in limited quantities, and aimed toward a more affluent consumer.

Slava Russian watches

Slava (Russian: Cлава, meaning "Glory") watches were classic "civil" Russian watches commonly referred to as "Slava Lava!". The Slava factory (known originally as the Second Moscow Watch Factory) was the second non-military watch maker established in the Soviet Union, in 1924. The watches of this brand have always been meant for civilian consumption, without military or aerospace pretensions.
